Last year we celebrated our 10th anniversary, so this year, at the turn of the legendary decade, we decided that it was time for an evolution.
This weekend we come together to experience Electric Zoo like we’ve never experienced it before– unprecedented production, top-tier lineups, mouthwatering vendors, perfect weather, & sooooo much more.
Electric Zoo Family, are you ready to be evolved?
The Festival Box Office is located at Icahn Stadium & West Gates and opens at 12pm on Saturday and Sunday, August 31st and September 1st. You will be able to purchase festival passes and VIP Upgrades. The only way to guarantee admission into the festival is purchasing passes in advance and picking them up at Will Call. Official afterparty tickets will be sold inside the festival grounds in the at the Info Booth by Central Marketplace, while supplies last.
*Electric Zoo is not responsible for any fraudulent tickets purchased through a third-party seller.
• Saturday 1pm – 11pm

How Will Call Works
If you ordered your pass after the shipping cutoff date of August 15th, or if you ordered via International Will Call, or if you’ve been informed that your pass will be at Will Call for some other reason, such as by purchasing through an ambassador, purchasing a hard ticket, or due to a problem with delivery, your wristband will be waiting for you at either Box Office/Will Call locations.
Everyone picking up their wristband at Will Call MUST PRINT OUT THEIR
E-TICKET WITH A BARCODE. If you’re taking the ferry or shuttle bus to the festival, bring your barcoded e-ticket to the ferry or shuttle bus departure point (check your e-ticket to make sure you’re headed to the correct place – either ferry or shuttle bus). Please do be sure to PRINT your barcoded e-ticket or you will be turned away. You will also need the credit card used to purchase your tickets and your valid photo ID. You can swap your ferry e-ticket on the Randall’s Island side for a wristband at the dedicated ferry swap booth.
If you prefer to get yourself to the festival via other means (for example walking, biking, or being dropped off by car), you can bring your e-ticket directly to the Will Call area of the festival box office on Randall’s Island. If you didn’t receive your e-ticket, first check to see if it got accidentally caught by your spam filter, and if not, please visit the See Tickets help center here.

Pro Tips to Keep Your Gear Safe
• Set your Lock Screen to display a friend’s contact info. – (Make sure they’re OK with it first!)
• Use your notes section to write a ‘contact if found’ message so it’s easier to return if lost.
• Separate your cash from your cards! – (Don’t make it easy for pickpockets!)
• Spread your valuables across as many secure-pockets as possible.
• Keep your wallet and phone in your front pocket!
• Phones and wallets can be easily snatched or can slip out of a back pocket, especially with all the shuffling you’ll be doing on-site!
• Bring a second form of ID and leave it in your hotel room or in a safe place. A valid State or Gov’t issued ID is needed to enter the festival so make sure you have a back-up!
