We are so excited to welcome you to our Supernatural realm full of mystical beings, surprises, and more. It’s been too long since we last met and are looking forward to an incredible weekend.
But first, we have some important information for you for your journey to the realm. Keep reading to be prepared!
We hope everyone is safe from storm Ida last night, and that any damages are repaired quickly.
We are NY tough! Randall’s Island has new drainage systems in place for scenarios like this — as such we are pleased to say the festival site is in good condition for the full weekend!
Please have your proof of vaccination or negative COVID-19 test out and readily available upon arrival to Randall’s Island for quick entry.
As a reminder, a COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test result will be required to attend the festival. For patrons who are not vaccinated, a negative COVID-19 test result must be obtained within 72 hours (3 days) of the first day you attend the festival. As an example, if you are tested TODAY, you are good all weekend long.
Documentation will be checked daily upon entry. A photo of your vaccination card or negative test result saved to your phone is sufficient.
You must have matching identification for your COVID-19 vaccination or your negative test & have your ID out.
A lab negative test must be from a lab matching your name and within the 72-hour time frame, home tests are not acceptable.
Proof of one Covid-19 vaccination dose is acceptable, meaning you can get your first dose the same day you attend the festival to enter as a vaccinated guest.
Face coverings are encouraged at all times but not required while attending Electric Zoo.
If you do not have a negative COVID-19 test or a vaccination, there will be a testing area on site starting at $59 per test, however, we HIGHLY recommend you do not come unprepared!
You MUST wear a face covering while on the ferry, shuttle bus, MTA bus, or while walking through the hallways of Icahn Stadium, or if you are being tested on-site – reminder, we highly recommend you getting tested prior to arrival!
For our full COVID-19, Health & Safety Protocols visit here.

If you’re taking the ferry or shuttle bus to the festival, bring your barcoded e-ticket to the ferry or shuttle bus departure point (check your e-ticket to make sure you’re headed to the correct place – either ferry or shuttle bus). Please do be sure to PRINT your barcoded e-ticket or you will be turned away. You will also need the credit card used to purchase your tickets and your valid photo ID. You can swap your ferry e-ticket on the Randall’s Island side for a wristband at the dedicated ferry swap booth.
If you prefer to get yourself to the festival via other means (for example walking, biking, or being dropped off by car), you can bring your e-ticket directly to the Will Call area of the festival box office on Randall’s Island. If you didn’t receive your e-ticket, first check to see if it got accidentally caught by your spam filter, and if not, please visit the See Tickets help center here.
If you did not receive your wristband in the mail, the ORIGINAL PURCHASER must bring photo ID and email confirmation of order from Seetickets to pickup wristbands. If you purchased your ticket after fulfillment cut off, you will receive a will call E-Ticket to have scanned and swapped for their wristbands, the original purchaser should bring the E-tickets and photo ID.
