Meet Your Host Series: Brownies & Lemonade

We’re officially in countdown mode for Electric Zoo 3.0! As we prep for the epic festivities underway, we plan to further whet your appetite for a good time with what makes EZoo incredibly unique this year.

One of the best things about our beloved EZoo is the notable stage curators. This year, we have five exciting stage hosts, including the return of Los Angeles-based party imprint Brownies & Lemonade!

Since arriving in the EDM scene in the mid-2010s, B&L has gone from throwing buzzy local parties in L.A. to hosting showcases chock full of A-list artists across the country. B&L is responsible for debuting revered electronic music acts such as Louis the Child, Whethan, Jai Wolf, and more. Accruing a loyal fanbase over the years (us included), the B&L crew continues to give a platform to burgeoning DJ-producers while also booking some of electronic music’s hottest acts. B&L will bring their larger-than-life persona and awesomeness to the stage with the following guests this year:

Apashe

This Montreal-based DJ-producer is known as the ‘Renaissance’ man of the scene, combining elements of bass music, classical, and hip-hop for a sound that’s nothing short of boisterous and blissful.

G JONES b2b EPROM

Peanut butter and jelly. Chocolate and strawberries. Macaroni and cheese. Well, you get our drift. Very few things in life bring us as much joy as the art of perfect pairings – and the line applies to music as well. G JONES b2b EPROM sets are among the crème de la crème of the live music world. Their similar approach to production on the musical palate coupled with their separate signature steez brings to life a surreal set, which we’re stoked to experience this year!

Of The Trees

Hailing from Portland, Maine, now rooted in Denver, Colorado, Of The Trees creates an ethereal world where soothing sonic sensations reign supreme. Of The Trees’ music is riddled with downtempo bass lines and swirling melodies making for a brilliant listen and dreamy live component.

Netsky

For Belgian DJ-producer Netsky, creating enthralling drum and bass music comes ‘second nature’ – we can’t resist the puns. Netsky’s ability to fuse delicate, luminous vocals with heavy, power-packed bass highlights the reason this seasoned artist remains a household name. His vibrant range is impressive and undeniable!

MEMBA

New York-based duo MEMBA is mavericks in electronic music, fusing elements of deep house, gritty trap, and classic UK garage for a unique sound. MEMBAcore, anyone? They’ve nailed the art of the crossover and continue to enrich the scene with their remarkable prowess.

Rossy

One of dance music’s rising stars is none other than Rossy. If her first release of 2022, “Hysteria,” is a foregleam of what we can expect at EZoo, then we’re in for a euphoric treat.

Deadcrow

Of Mainframe fame is DJ-producer Deadcrow. His cyberpunk-inspired sound has a throwback feel, giving the nod to synth-wave of yesteryear while also forging new frontiers within the wave genre.

Jon Casey B2B Capshun

Dallas-based DJ-producer Capshun is known for his synth-infused trap stylings, while South African artist Jon Casey is hyped for being the bass music maven. When their powers combine on stage, it will be an illustrious display of history in the making. Of course, we’re not saying, “You heard it here first,” but…we are.

Now that you’re equipped with this intel, tell us on our socials who you look forward to checking out at the Brownies & Lemonade stage!
